    In the event you are not completely satisfied with your
    purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange
    or refund
    All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of
    the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and
    unused condition.
    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping

    method to mail your return.

    Trim your wick before each burn
    Burn Time: No more than 4 hours
    Allow the candle to melt to the edge of the vessel before,
    extinguishing. This prevents future tunneling
    Burn on a stable, heat resistant surface away from
    flammable objects
