Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days, but please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing and handling. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays and peak seasons.

Why is my candle frosting and changing colors, is that normal?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is normal for soy candles to frost or change colors over time. Frosting is a natural occurrence in soy wax candles where the soy wax contracts and expands, creating a crystalline-like texture on the surface of the candle. Additionally, our candles may change color over time due to the natural pigments in fragrance oils, exposure to light, and temperature changes. This does not affect the performance or fragrance of the candle and is actually a sign of the candle's natural ingredients.

What is your refund and exchange policy ?

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable  method to mail your return.
