Remove crystals before burning, give a small tug and they should pop right out. If not, then light the candle and after a few minutes, extinguish the candle, remove crystals then re-light and enjoy.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of
the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and
unused condition.
